I’ve been on a postcard designing frenzy this week. I’m really putting my graphic tablet to work but it’s been very cooperative and so… I have 8 designs in the print shop! I cannot wait to hold them in my hands. Here’s a sneak peek of my world coffee series postcards, designed specially for Wildnis Café. It’s been 2 years since I made these crocheted rings, but I finally picked up my little crochet hook again and made a new batch of cosies. I’m loving the colors even and even though winter is almost over, these are still kind of fun.
I’m small; that’s how people would describe me. Here in Herrnhut, I’m often used as a yardstick for size. For example: That mug is so tiny, it’s Nono-sized. OR: I had a dog that was tall as Nono. Perhaps this phenomenon is fueled by my habit of making small things. But I don’t do it on purpose, I promise I promise! My justification? The Lord exhorts us not to despise the day of small things (check out Zechariah 4).
Anyway, enough said, I made these recently cos I had found a pack of key rings amongst my materials. Also (at the risk of contradicting myself) my mailbox key is inconveniently small.
